IGSS adalah rangkaian perangkat lunak rekayasa geoteknik dan kegempaan untuk praktik di Indonesia. SITERA menghitung bahaya gempa dan respons situs; GEOTERA merancang struktur tanah yang menerimanya. Keduanya memakai standar yang sama dan saling menyambung. IGSS is a suite of geotechnical and earthquake engineering software for Indonesian practice. SITERA computes seismic hazard and site response; GEOTERA designs the earth structures that receive it. Both follow the same standards and feed into each other.

IGSS dikembangkan di ITERA sebagai bagian dari tujuan institusi menghadirkan teknologi yang inklusif dan berdampak. Kedua program bersumber terbuka di bawah lisensi MIT, dapat diunduh tanpa biaya, menjalankan perhitungan di laptop Windows biasa tanpa koneksi internet, dan tersedia dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris. Dengan begitu, analisis geoteknik dan kegempaan yang mengikuti standar nasional dapat dijangkau perencana, pengajar, dan mahasiswa di mana pun, tanpa bergantung pada lisensi perangkat lunak komersial. IGSS is developed at ITERA as part of the institute's aim to deliver inclusive, impactful technology. Both programs are open source under the MIT licence, free to download, run their computations on an ordinary Windows laptop without an internet connection, and come in Indonesian and English. Geotechnical and seismic analysis that follows national standards is therefore within reach of practitioners, teachers, and students anywhere, without depending on commercial software licences.
